Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

In a blender place 1 small banana (cut), one pint each fresh blueberries and strawberries (cleaned of stems and rinsed thoroughly), 1.5 6-oz containers of light vanilla yogurt (the 80 calorie version), and one cup 2% milk. If you are a skim, almond, or soy milk drinker, adjust the calories to suit your recipe. Frozen fruit may be substituted for fresh; consider the increased sugar content if using canned! Cover blender and progressively move through settings (chop, puree, liquefy) until you are happy with the consistency. Refrigerate to cool and for smoothie thickness, then enjoy!
