Ingredients

    1 box, sugar-free or low-sugar white cake mix
    1 small box jellow sugar-free orange gelatin
    1 16 oz. Sprite Zero
    1 ounce fat-free cream cheese
    0.5 cup chopped pecans

Directions

Pour jello into cake mix. With electric mixer, beat in 13-16 oz. of Sprite Zero. Add pecans and stir. Put into cupcake molds. Take tny bit of cream cheese and put in middle of cupcake. Make sure cream cheese is covered by batter. Bake at 350 degrees unti toothpick comes out clean. Makes 36-40 cupcakes.
