Introduction
This "salad" is a nice change from the ordinary pasta salad, made with heart healthy oils. It tastes best at room temperature and because it is made with oil, is a perfect dish for a picnic. Careful though - it has quite the kick! This "salad" is a nice change from the ordinary pasta salad, made with heart healthy oils.
