Ingredients

    *Hormel Always Tender Center Cut Chops, Fresh Pork, 40 oz (remove)
    Stove Top Stuffing Mix, 6 serving (makes 1/2 cup prepared) (remove)
    Apples, fresh, 3 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per l (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Splenda, 3 tsp (remove)
    Lemon juice, 6 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Prepare stuffing, Place at bottom of 13x9 casserole dish. Place seasoned pork chops on top. Cover with apple/cinnamon/splenda/lemon juice mixture.

Cover & bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Uncover & bake 10 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.
