Ingredients

    *Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz)
    Artichokes, frozen, 1 package (9 oz)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp
    Monterey Cheese, .25 cup, shredded
    *Follow Your Heart Veganaise, 2 tbsp
    Garlic, 2 clove
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, .25 tsp
    *Onions, dehydrated flakes, 2 tbsp
    *Silk Soymilk Plain Dha Omega-3 & Calcium, .5 cup
    *Dried Basil, 1 tsp
    *cornstarch, 2 tsp
    *dried oregano, 1 tsp
    *Marjoram - Dried - 1-tsp


Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

In the bowl of a food processor combine the garlic and dehydrated onions first and pulse until minced. Then add the artichoke hearts, spinach, mayonnaise, cheese, soymilk, spices, and salt and pepper. Process with the oil until smooth.

Transfer mixture into an 8-inch glass square baking dish or 9-inch glass pie plate which has been lightly sprayed with cooking spray. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through. Serve with pita wedges/chips or crudites.
