Ingredients

    1 tsp Beaver Brand Wasabi Horseradish, 2 tsp
    2 Tbsp Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil (reduced fat mayonnaise)
    1- 5 oz can Tuna, Starkist Chunk White Albacore in Water
    1 Roma tomato, diced

Directions

In a small bowl mix wasabi sauce and mayonnaise.
Drain and press tuna. Mix into wasabi mixture. Dice Roma tomato. Mix into tuna wasabi mix.

Optional additions- diced onions (1/4c), sweet relish(1-2 Tbsp), diced green apple(1/4c), Wheat Germ (2 Tbsp), boiled egg white (1-2 for extra protein).

Serve on sandwich bread of your choice or with crackers.

Makes 2 servings.
