    *Whole Wheat Tortilla, 1 serving (remove)
    American Cheese, 1 slice (3/4 oz) (remove)
    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 4 fl oz (remove)
    Mushrooms, cooked, 1 mushroom (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 slice, thin/small (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Scramble Eggs with veggies, add cheese slice to tortilla, wrap and eat.
