This is my go to meal when I am too tired to think. Just dump all the stuff in and let it simmer until the rice is done. And it really sticks with you. Ingredients

1lb. lean ground beef
1 1/2 cups Swanson's beef stock
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 can yellow sweet corn, no salt added - drained
1/4 cup pace chunky salsa - heat level to taste
1 small can La Victoria fire roasted green chilies
1 cup instant brown rice
Directions
Brown the hamburger in a skillet on medium heat, until no longer pink. Drain off any leftover fat if necessary.
Add remaining ingredients to skillet, cover.
Reduce heat to low and simmer until the rice is cooked.
