This dough can be made with left over mashed potatoes, made in advanced, kept in the fridge, and used as needed. It is versatile and can also be used as bread. Ingredients

Boiled potatoes, 1.5 cup
Domata Living Flour, 3 cup
Safflower Oil, oleic, .33 cup
Baking Powder, 1 tsp
Salt, 1 tsp
Cold Water, .5 cup
Directions
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl. In another bowl add potatoes, oil, and a pinch of salt. Cut the potato mix into the flour. Once incorporated made a well in the center of the dough mix and add 1/2 cup of cold water. Mix dough to form a tight ball. Cover and set in fridge to allow to set for at least 30 minutes. When ready to make, pinch off serving amount, roll out on counter with well floured area and floured rolling pin. shape dough into squares, rectangles, or use a bowl and trim around to make a circle. Either bake as is, or fill with favorite sandwich items, and bake for 20-25 minutes at 425 degrees if you are not filling the dough with sandwich fixings. If you do fill the dough, it may need longer.
