Introduction

Ingredients

Cornflake crumbs- 1.25-1.5 cups
Parm Cheese- .333 cups
Garlic Powder- dash
4-5 chicken breasts
Half a stick of margarine melted

Directions
Preheat oven to 325
Grease a casserole dish (I recommend a 13 inch glass Pyrex one)
Melt the margarine
In a separate plate with a lip, mix parm, crumbs, and garlic powder.
Cover chicken in butter, then in the parm/crumb mixture.
Place in casserole dish.
Cook for one hour on 325
(I generally dump any leftover crumbs and butter on top of the chicken. The crunchies are the best part!)
Makes 4-6 servings, depending on the size of the chicken breasts.
