Introduction

This will make normal salsa taste even better with fresh ingredients. If you leave the pace out it is still yummy just add a little ceyenne pepper to taste or tiny bit of red hot sauce. Ingredients

    1 Large can *Del Monte Canned Diced Tomatoes, (3 cups)
    1 Cup Chopped raw Onion
    1 Tbsp Chopped Cilantro leaves
    3 Cloves Finely Diced Garlic Cloves
    3 tsp. Lemon Juice
    1/2 Cup Diced Green Bell Pepper
    1/2 tsp. MORTON Sea Salt, Fine Salt
    1 tsp. Black Pepper
    2 Cups *Pace Chunky Salsa Medium

Directions

First drain can of diced tomatoes completely. Add all other ingredients until mixed together. Should make 12- 1/2 cup servings.
Mix with drained corn and drained black beans and top on baked corn tortillas, top with mozerella & low-fat sour cream for tasty low-calorie dinner.
