Ingredients

    1 Flour Tortillas,
    1/4 tsp Olive Oil,
    1 oz extra lean ground beef
    1 Tbsp tomato juice
    1 Tbsp tomato paste
    1/2 tsp dried Rosemary,
    1/2 Tbsp dried pepper flakes
    1 Tbsp finely diced onion
    1/2 clove garlic pressed
    1 tsp dried parsley


Directions

In skillet, brown meat, drain any fat.
In bowl, mix tomato juice, tomato paste, rosemary, pepper flakes, onion, garlic, parsley. Add meat

Brush tortilla with olive oil, top with meat mixture, Cook in pre-heated 350 oven for 2 to 3 minutes.
