Ingredients

    1/4 Pound Sweet Ham, sliced thin
    1/4 pound hard salami, sliced thin
    1/4 pound provolone cheese, sliced thin
    1 cup banana peppers, drained
    4 ounces marinated artichoke hearts, drained
    1 cup diced cucumbers
    1 cup diced red onions
    1/2 box Ronzoni 14.5 ounce Healthy pasta
    1/4 cup Creamy Greek Dressing

Directions

Cook pasta according to package instructions.

While pasta is cooking, prepare ham, salami, and provolone. Place one slice of ham on a cutting board. Then, cover ham with three slices of hard salami. Top with one slice of provolone cheese. Roll into a tight roll and cut into pinwheels. Set aside.

Put onions, banana peppers, artichoke hearts, pinwheels, and dressing into a bowl. Fold mixture.

When pasta has cooled completely, add pasta to the rest of the salad and fold.

Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
