Ingredients

    1 Skinned Baked Sweet Potato (medium) baked the night before while I was watching Rizzoli and Isles ON DEMAND
    !/2 cup of Quaker Old Fashioned Oatmeal
    1 cup fresh spinach frozen
    1 cup of fresh strawberries halved, frozen
    1 cup of blueberries frozen
    1 cup Silk Vanilla Light Soymilk
    Blender

Directions

Blend spinach, sweet potato and oatmeal in soymilk until liquified.
Add berries, blend to desired consistency
