Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 cups lobster meat
    2 teaspoons mayo
    1/2 teaspoon lemon zet
    juice of one lemon wedge (to taste)
    salt (to taste)
    pepper (to taste)

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl.
Serve.


Can make two generous portions, or up to four smaller portions.

(Can also substitue crab meat, imitation lobster or crab meat, and shrimp.)
