    Pineapple
    Grapes
    Oranges
    whatever fresh fruit you like
    low-carb tortillas (or use hard taco shells if you want)
    lowfat plain yogurt

Directions

I am saying it makes 2 servings, but it might make more if you add more tortillas. It depends on how much fruit you put on them.
I use this recipe as a "make your own" thing for my daughter. I put all the fruits in different bowls and then let her put what she wants into her tortilla. Then we roll it up and ta-da! She has her dinner.
