Ingredients

    Ri's Homemade Marinara, 8 serving
    Crystal Farms, Part Skim Mozzarella, 227 gram(s)
    Crystal Farms, Part Skim Ricotta, 425 gram(s)
    Barilla, Lasagna - no boil noodles, 323 gram(s)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    garlic powder, to taste (optional)
    fresh minced parsley, to taste (optional)

Directions

9x13x2.5 baking dish.

Combine ricotta with egg, garlic & parsley.
Start with a film of sauce for the bottom layer. Next, noodles (4), .5 cup ricotta mix, .5 cup shredded mozzarella, then 1 cup sauc, repeat til all ingredients are used up.

Bake, covered in foil, at 375 for 50-60 minutes. Let rest 10-15 minutes. Serve.

As a ,main dish, cut into 6 servings. Can also be made into 8 smaller servings.
