Ingredients

1 Tbs Butter
1 celery stalk, chopped
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Cups heavy cream
1 Tbs Chicken Boullion Powder
1 Small can mushrooms
2 8 oz cans tuna
1 8 oz pkg Shiratake Noodles, rinsed and parboiled according to package directions.
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese
1/2 Cup French Fried Onions, Optional
Salt and pepper to taste
**Hint: Make this the night before. Leave off the Cheese and FF onions. Store it in the fridge, unbaked until you are ready to bake and eat it. It helps the flavors come together nicely.
Saute the onion, garlic and celery in the butter until tender. Heat Cream and chicken boullion on the stove over medium heat and cook until slightly thickened. Combine the Cream mixture, vegetable mixture, tuna and noodles and pour into a greased casserole dish. Top with cheese and french fried onions if desired. Bake at 375 until bubbly.
