    Prepared 8" Pizza Crust
    1/4 Cup Spaghetti Sauce (No Sugar Added)
    1/8 Cup Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese
    1/8 Cup Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese
    1 Plum Tomato
    1/4 Cup Chopped Fresh Broccoli
    4 Mushrooms, sliced
    1/4 Cup Julienned Carrots
    1 Clove Garlic, sliced or minced
    (optional) 1 tsp. dried Italian Seasoning
    (optional) 1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes


Place aluminum foil on grilling surface. Heat grill.

Spread sauce over pizza shell. Sprinkle with fat free mozzarella. Top with vegetables and garlic. Sprinkle reduced fat cheese on top. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and/or crushed red pepper, if desired.

Place onto grill. Cook over a low flame approx. 8 mins. or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
