Introduction
Hubby wanted Chicken Parmesan so, I made it. Plus I had to make a recipes TO count My forever ending calories. Hubby wanted Chicken Parmesan so, I made it. Plus I had to make a recipes TO count My forever ending calories.Number of Servings: 20
Ingredients

* Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed
* Milk, 2%, 4 cup
* Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 cup
*Medium shell noodles, 4 cup
* Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
* Mushrooms, fresh, 1.5 cup, slices
* Corn Starch, .25 cup
* Butter, 1/2 stick
* Garlic, 3 clove or 1/4 Cup Granulated
* Pepper, black, 4 dash
Directions
Boil Noodles until Fully Cooked
Cook the Chicken Add Onions & Mushrooms Saute Lightly in Butter in a Frying Pan
Add Milk & Parmesan Cheese & Stir in Well.
Add Garlic & Light Pepper to give it a Kick
Drain Noodles & Add back to Pot.Add Corn Starch in until Thicken & Throw any Extra back in it's Container. You will maybe use like 5 Teaspoons @ Most
Put a 1/2 Cup Full of Noodles on a Plate or in a Bowl & Put 1/2 of the Chicken Parmesan Sauce on top of that & Enjoy.
We just Mix everything together in 1 Pot but, you can have it separated too.
Just Remember 1 Cup if Mixed & 1/2 Cup Each if doing it Separately.
