Ingredients

    1 Bag of Quaker Low Fat Bran Muffin Mix
    2 Cups Raisins
    2 Cups Rogers Porriage mix
    1.5 Cup Ground Flaxseed
    1.25 Cups Grated Carrot
    2.75 Cups Water
    1tsp ground Nutmeg
    3Tbsp ground Cinnamon

Directions

Preheat Oven 400 F, Mix all ingredents, bake for 20 min, should make a little over 4 Doxen Muffins, which I freeze for lunches.
