    Onions, raw, Chopped 2.5 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Garlic, 6 cloves Minced
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Carrot, 3 raw (7-8" long) Finely Chopped
    Tomatoes, red, raw, 1 large whole (3" dia) Chopped
    Hunt's Fire Roasted Tomatoes, 14.5 oz
    Green Bell Peppers, 1.5 cup, Chopped
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Finely Chopped
    Chili powder, 1.5 Tbsp (Season to Taste)
    Parsley, dried, 2 Tbsp
    Black Beans, Dry Grt Value 1 C Dry ~ 2.75 C Cooked, 1 cup


Prepare dry beans per package instructions (or use 2 15 oz cans).

Sautee onion and garlic in olive oil about 10 min.

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and place in a Crock Pot on low for 4-6 hours.

Makes approx 8 1 Cup servings
