Ingredients

    1 cup apple juice
    1/2 cup brown sugar (1/4 + 1/8, and 1/8, separated)
    2 tsp. corn starch
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. cloves
19 oz. center cut boneless pork loin chop
3 cortland apples, cored and sliced into rings

Directions

In saucepan, mix juice, 1/4 + 1/8 cup sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and cloves. Heat to boiling. Simmer until thickened (to consistency of BBQ sauce).

In a bag, mix 1/8 cup sugar with dash of cinnamon. Add Apple rings and shake to coat.

Set aside 1/2 of glaze for serving. Brush some of the remaining glaze on both sides of the chops. Place chops and apples on heated grill. Cook about 5 minutes per side---brushing more glaze on chops and apples as cooking/turning.

Serve with remaining glaze
