Number of Servings: 20

    3 Pieces of Chicken
    5 Carrots
    3 Stalks Celery
    1 Onion
10 or so cups of water
1 Cube Chicken Boullion to cup of water approx.
    Salt and Pepper to Taste
Mrs. Dash and Garlic if you like
    1 Cup Flour
    3 Eggs
Salt and Pepper to taste in Flour and Egg Mixture

First you can eigther boil the chicken in the water till its cooked or you can fry in some Olive Oil until it is cooked through. Then you cut it up in chunks and return to the water. Chop the Carrots, Celery, and Onion and add to water. Add the Seasonings and then mix the flour and Eggs in a bowl until you get a gummy texture and if its a little too runny just add a little more flour to thicken it up. Add Salt and Pepper to taste in mixture. Then take a fork and get a little bit of the mixture and swish it in the cooking soup and there is your dumplings. Let it cook on low all day if you want or sometimes when im in a hurry I turn it up to high and its done in no time.
Approx 20 1/2 Cup servings
