cut margarine into flour, form rough crumbly mixture

add buttermilk to yeast, stir, add to flour

form a ball or disc of dough, wrap in plastic, chill over night

roll out on floured surface, roll to 1/2 inch thickness, fold over to double, press together gently, cut 2 inch rounds to make biscuits
