Introduction

This is the absolute best dressing! I want to drown everything in it!!!! This is the absolute best dressing! I want to drown everything in it!!!!

Ingredients

    1 tsp paprika
    2T poppy seed
    1/2 cup cider vinegar
    1/2 T light mayonnaise
    2 T raw, grated onion
    1/2 cup silken tofu
    1/2 cup honey
    2T dijon mustart
    1/4 cup olive oil

Directions

Mix all in a blender until creamy. Refrigerate several hours before serving (good luck waiting that long)! Serve with fresh fruit or assorted greens.

Yields 2 cups. One serving is 2T.
