Ingredients

    2 lg. cabbage
    4 lbs ground beef
    2 lbs ground turkey
6 cups white, long grain rice
    2 onions
    1 tbsp salt
    2 tsp pepper
    1/2 cup parsley
    6 eggs
26 oz bottle of spaghetti sauce
    2 cans tomato soup

Directions

Boil the cabbage, remove the leaves and let them cool. Prepare the rice according to the package, leaving about 5 minutes cooking time to go. Chop and saute the onions. Combine the meat (raw), rice, onions, parsley (chopped), salt, pepper, and eggs (raw) in a large bowl. Place about 1/2 cup of mixture in a cabbage leaf and roll (like an egg roll). Mix the spaghetti sauce and tomato soup together. Pour a little sauce mix into bottom of cooking pan and cover with a few unused cabbage leaves. Place the stuffed leaves over this and cover with remaining sauce. Bake at 325 for about 6 hours.
