2 cups boiled or canned beets, diced
1 can chick peas
1 cup celery (diced)
3 T Olive oil
4 T Vinegar
1 T dried dill weed
Directions
Dice boiled beets and celery. Combine all ingredients and marinate for 2 hours if possible. Good with hummous.
