Introduction

Ingredients

    2 large eggs
    1 cup oil
    1 tbsp vanilla extract
    4 cups apples (I use granny smith for tartness)
    2 cups all purpose flour
    2 cups sugar
    1 tbsp cinnamon (I use a little more)
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt

Directions

Pre heat oven to 350. Combine all the ingredients in the order in which they are listed. Stir everything with a spoon. Mix well until all ingredients are combined. Spoon batter into a well greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
