Ingredients

    Venison Steak or Butterflied Backstraps
    Butter or Margarine
    1/2 a sweet Vidalia Onion
    Worcestershire Sauce

Directions

Add the butter or margarine to the skillet to melt the butter. Then add thinly sliced onion until the slices begin to carmelize. Next add your venison steaks and the Worcestershire sauce to the frying pan and fry them in the butter and onions until the venison is medium rare. Try not to overcook the steaks.
