Ingredients
-
The Base is just 5 eggs & 2 tablespoons of milk.
Then add whatever you want. I chose to add 1/4 cup of chedder jack cheese. & an entire bag of frozen veggies already steemed in the microwave. I cooked the veggies for the least amount of time and drained all the sauce that came with them before adding it to the eggs.
Directions
It made 10 servings for me.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a muffin tin.
Mix the eggs, milk, and veggies together.
Spoon the mix into the muffin tin.
Sprinkle the top of each with the cheese.
Cook 15 mins. Enjoy!
