Introduction
i've made this a few times now, i cut the dough in 12 pieces to form individual mini-pizzas and i bake them ahead of time and then toss them in ziplock bags to make my own mini pizza at work (5 mins with toppings in toaster oven). i've made this a few times now, i cut the dough in 12 pieces to form individual mini-pizzas and i bake them ahead of time and then toss them in ziplock bags to make my own mini pizza at work (5 mins with toppings in toaster oven).Number of Servings: 12
Ingredients

Flour, white, 2.5 cup
Baking Powder, 2.75 tsp
Salt, 1 tsp
Water, tap, .75 cup
Canola Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
add 3/4c water, 1T oil.
stir until it forms a ball.
if the dough is stiff, add more water.
knead dough on a floured surface for 3-4 minutes.
you can either add your choice of toppings (nutritional info for that NOT included here) OR cut the dough into smaller dough balls and bake to reheat later.
bake at 400 degrees for 15-25 minutes.
