Introduction

I took this from the Spice Goddes website and changed a few things. I put less ginger, took out the fenugreek seeds and replaced papaya with mandrin orange. It is very good and different which is important when your on a diet. I took this from the Spice Goddes website and changed a few things. grated fresh garlic
    grated fresh ginger
    cumin
    coriander
    paprika

Add the cumin seeds, coriander, and paprika and toast for 10 seconds and then add the chicken pieces and cook until it is nearly done, about 8 minutes.

Add the yogurt and finish cooking the chicken, about 2 more minutes and then stir in the mandrin orange pieces.
