Introduction
I took this from the Spice Goddes website and changed a few things. I put less ginger, took out the fenugreek seeds and replaced papaya with mandrin orange. Ingredients

grape seed oil
onion
grated fresh garlic
grated fresh ginger
cumin
coriander
paprika
2 lbs chicken breast boneless and skinless
1/2 cup yogurt ( I prefer greek organic yogurt)
1 can mandrin oranges drained
2 cups cooked rice (white or wild)
Directions
Place a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the oil. When the oil is hot, add the onion, garlic and ginger, saute until the onion is softenend, about 4 minutes.
Add the cumin seeds, coriander, and paprika and toast for 10 seconds and then add the chicken pieces and cook until it is nearly done, about 8 minutes.
Add the yogurt and finish cooking the chicken, about 2 more minutes and then stir in the mandrin orange pieces.
Serve the chicken with cooked rice.
