Ingredients

    Romaine Lettuce, about 8 large leaves, torn (or 2.5 cups)
    MorningStar Asian Veggie Patty (one)
    Zucchini, .5 cup, sliced
    Carrot Sticks, about 4, chopped coarsely
    Makoto Ginger Salad Dressing, 2 Tbsp
    Thai Kitchen Roasted Red Chili Paste, 1.5 tsp (optional)
    Sesame Seeds, toasted, 1 tsp

Directions

Servings = 1

Wash and tear lettuce leaves; spread on plate or in bowl. Warm veggie patty in microwave for 2 minutes (or follow directions on box to cook in toaster over for a crispier texture); if desired, spread with Roasted Red Chili Paste. Cut up veggie patty and spread across lettuce. Chop zucchini and carrots and add to salad. Toast sesame seeds in toaster oven and sprinkle over salad. Top with ginger dressing.
