1 cup Italian rice
4 cups skim milk
2/3 cup splenda
1 tbsp vanilla
2 tsp cinnamon (or to taste)
Directions
Mix rice, splenda and cinnamon in the crock pot. Add the vanilla and milk.
Cook on low for 4 hours.
When done, spoon into 1-cup serving bowls and refrigerate.
