Ingredients

    1 box Betty Crocker Super Moist White cake mix
    1 12oz can diet 7 UP
    24 tbsp Betty Crocker Whipped Butter Cream frosting

Directions

heat oven to 325
line cup cake pans with papers.
mix cake mix and soda as directed on box
pour batter into cup cake pans
bake at 325 for 20 minutes
cool on cooling rack until cooled all the way
frost each cup cake with 1 tbsp of frsoting
eat and enjoy

makes 24 cup cakes 1 each

    Tastes exactly the same as if you used oil! I topped with fat-free cool whip and the cupcakes were 103 cals each. - 9/26/10
