Ingredients

    1 c graham cracker crumbs
    3 tbsp melted butter
    2 tbsp sugar

    3-8 oz pkgs 1/3 less cream cheese
    1.5 c sugar
    4 eggs
    1 c pumpkin puree
    2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Directions

mix graham cracker crumbs and sugar and butter, spread in buttered springform pan and bake at 325 for 8 min

beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, pumpkin, and spice, pour into springform pan and bake at 325 for 1.5 hours with springform pan in a pan of shallow water

cool then refrigerate to cool completely before serving
