Ingredients

    1 1/3 c Morningstar crumbles
    1 can corn
    1 can black beans
    taco seasoning mix
    1 c dry brown rice
    46 fl oz tomato juice
    (2) 14.5 oz diced tomatoes
    1/4 c chopped green pepper

Directions

Put all ingredients into large dutch pan and cook on stove. Bring to a boil, then cook for 1 hour, or until rice is tender.
