Introduction

I make these pancakes ahead of time and freeze them in serving sizes in ziplock bags. In the morning I pop them frozen in my toaster and easily eat them on the road during my commute. Ingredients

    2 Cups Lehi Roller Mills Heart Healthy Pancake Mix
    2 Cups+ water (you may need to add extra because of the apples and flax)
    1 cup dehydrated apples (reconstituted)
    1/2 c ground flax
    6 packets PureVia (stevia)

Directions

Cook according to pancake mix direction after mixing everything all together. This makes 6 servings of 2 4" pancakes. These are very tasty and filling!
