Ingredients

    2 lbs. ground turkey
    1/2 red bell pepper
    1/2 cup spinach
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1 egg

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 325. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Put in a loaf pan. Bake 90 minutes or until done.
