Introduction

I decided to try Oat Bran in this smoothie, it changed the fiber and sodium content. The smoothie tastes pretty much the same as the oatmeal variety and it still packs a nutrient punch! Ingredients

    1/2 Quaker Oat Bran uncooked
    1 cup fresh Strawberries, frozen
    1 cup fresh Spinach, frozen
    1 cup frozen blueberries, unsweetened
    1 cup Silk Light Vanilla Soymilk
    Blender

Directions

Liquify oatbran and spinach in soymilk.
Whip in strawberries and blueberries to desired texture.
