Ingredients

    1/2 jar Sauerkraut
    1 Head of purple cabbage
    750ml jar of pickled beets
    2 cans sliced beets
    9 or so cups beef broth (to taste really)

Directions

Fry sauerkraut and cabbage together, just enough so everything is melded together and hot.
Slice all beets to bite sized and throw in to crockpot with cabbage mixture. Add beef broth and cook on high for 3 hours. Or on low for overnight.

Make about 10 servings
