cook pasta and drain, reserve 1/2 cup of water. slice peppers, onions, and sausage. melt marg w/ oil, when it is hot add onions, cook until just softened, add peppers and sausage for until peppers are ala dente, add turmeric and red pepper flakes, and tomato paste, pasta water heat thru, serve with pasta.
