Introduction

create a nice creamy, sauce to serve over whole wheat pasta... NOTE: I used regular Cream of Chicken soup for my recipe. Ingredients

    Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 can
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 breast, bone and skin removed
    Italian Style Diced Tomatoes, 1 can
    RIGATONI, WHOLE WHEAT, 16 oz (1 box)

Directions

Combine first 3 ingredients in crock pot. Cook on low heat for 8 - 9 hours or until chicken is cooked through. Remove chicken breasts and chop into bite size pieces (or shred). Add chicken back to sauce in crockpot, add salt and pepper for taste.

In a separate pot, cook pasta until al dente. Drain pasta, return to pot. Add sauce & chicken from crock pot, mix well.

Add some freshly chopped basil for garnish and extra boost of flavor.

Makes about 9 - 1 cup servings.
