Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Riceland Enriched Rice, 0.75 cup
    Egg, fresh, 1 medium
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Kikkoman Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
Crisco Natural Butter Flavor with other Natural Flavors No-Stick Cooking Spray, 0.25 gram(s)

Directions

Cut 1/2 cup onions, pull out fresh medium egg from frig and one package of rice from freezer (see rice recipe by 4Jeanne) and soy sauce. Microwave rice for 2 to 3 minutes or as needed by your microwave. Spray pan with cooking spray, heat to medium and put in egg and stir in pan to scramble it. By this time the Microwave is done and put the rice into a bowl. In the same bag place your onions and microwave them for about 30 seconds or as needed by your microwave. The egg should be done, place on the rice, place onion on the egg and put on Soy Sauce. Stir. I know it looks a little bland but it taste good. It takes longer to eat than to fix.
