Ingredients

    3 cups All White 100% Liquid Egg Whites
    1 cup Jimmy Dean Hearty Turkey Sausage Crumbles
    1/2 cup, chopped sweet bell peppers
    1 cup fresh Spinach, torn into small pieces
    1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray 12-cup muffin pan with olive oil cooking spray and wipe down excess oil. Place turkey sausage crumbles and veggies into each muffin compartment. Pour egg whites over each until about 3/4 full (may need to top off at the end...just make them even). Bake for 20-25 minutes (or until done to your liking). When done, run a plastic knife around edge of each cup to loosen, remove from pan to let cool slightly, and enjoy.
