Ingredients

    Ground Turkey (12 oz - 4 oz a serving)
    2 cups fresh mushrooms chopped
    1 package of liption onion soup dry mix
    2 tsp garlic
    4 oz of partly skim mozzarella cheese (make sure 18% MF or less)
    seasoned bread crumbs
    egg whites (1/4 cup is a serving)
    Medium baked sweet potato (or half of a medium regular potato)
    Broccoli (go crazy if u like broccoli, it's a "free" food)
    Mrs. Dash to top of your potato and broccoli if you prefer

Prior to making the loaf, wrap 4 medium sweet potatos in aluminum foil and place in the oven at 350...

Mix all into a bowl until blended as evenly as possible...

sprinkle the cheese evenly on it
Next using the paper, slowly and carefully roll the layer into a loaf shape and upon the last roll, using the paper, place into a casserole dish.

Place dish into a preheated oven at 350

If you have a steamer - proceed to steam your broccoli, or microwave it accordingly (or cook in boiling water until tender) top Mrs. Dash on your potato and broccoli if you prefer.

When loaf and potatoes are done, makes 4 servings and is delicious and filling! great for reheating and freezing too.
