Ingredients

1 cup white flour
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1.5 cups of milk, nonfat
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Sift dry ingredients. Make a little well. Add milk bit at a time in the center, whisking a little flour into the batter at a time. Add eggs one a a time, whisking well between. Whisk till smooth. Add vanilla. Rest 1 hour for best results.
