Ingredients

    1 tbsp butter
    1/2 c. diced carrots
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/4 c. shopped onion
    1/2 c.diced tomato
    2 garlic cloves chopped
    1 10-oz can of chicken broth
    10-oz water
    2 19-oz cans of tomato juice
    1/8 tsp white pepper
    1 tbsp of sugar
    1 bay leaf
    1/8 tsp of oregano
    1 tsp worcesterchire sauce
    1 pound of chicken breast cooked and diced
    1 8-ounce of pasta

Directions

saute veggies and garlic with melted butter for 5 min. add remaining ingredients except pasta and chicken, simmer 15-20 min. Remove bay leaf and add cooked pasta and grilled chicken.
