    5 potatoes
    4 slices bread
    1 onion, chopped
    salt, pepper
    poultry seasoning


Boil potatoes, reserve water. Tear bread into small pieces. Cook onion until transluscent. Put onions in bowl with bread. Add salt, pepper and poultry seasoning to taste. Drain potatoes when cooked, reserving the water. Mash the potatoes and add to bread mixture. Mix all ingredients well. Add the reserved potato water until you get the consistency you want. Place in casserole dish, dot with butter and bake at 375 for about 45 minutes.
